केंद्रीय प्रक्रमन एकक (केंप्रए) (अंग्रेज़ी: सैंट्रल प्रोसेसिंग युनिट, लघुरूप:सी.पी.यू.) का अर्थ है ऐसा भाग जिसमें संगणक का प्रमुख काम होता है। हिन्दी में इसे केन्द्रीय विश्लेषक इकाई भी कहा जाता है। जैसा इसके नाम से ही स्पष्ट है, यह संगणक का वह भाग है, जहां पर संगणक प्राप्त सूचनाओं का विश्लेषण करता है। इसे हम संगणक का दिल भी कह सकते हैं। कभी कभी केंप्रए (सीपीयू) को सिर्फ प्रक्रमक या सूक्ष्मप्रक्रमक ही कहा जाता है।
