कम्‍प्यूटर क्या है (What is computer)

कम्‍प्यूटर एक इलेक्ट्रानिक उपकरण है, जो डाटा तथा निर्देशों को इनपुट के रूप में ग्रहण करके उनका विश्लेषण करता है तथा आवश्यक परिणामों को निश्चित प्रारूप में आउटपुट साधन के ज़रिये उत्पन्न करता है| यह डाटा को भंडारण (Storage) भी करता| इसकी काम करने की गति बहुत तेज होती है  तथा यह त्रुटीरहित कार्य करता है | कम्‍प्‍यूटर को हिन्‍दी में संगणक कहा जाता है। 

या शार्ट में कहें तो कम्‍प्‍यूटर एक इलेक्‍ट्रानिक डिवाइस है जो किसी विषय - वस्‍तु के बारे में डाटा को बतौर इनपुट लेता है उस पर जरूरी आॅॅपरेशन कर एक नियत आउटपुट प्रदान करता है ।

कम्‍प्यूटर की परिभाषा (Definition of computer): ऑक्सफोर्ड डिक्शनरी के अनुसार "कंप्यूटर एक स्वचालित इलेक्ट्रानिक मशीन है, जो अनेक प्रकार की तर्कपूर्ण गणनाओं के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है|"

WHAT IS COMPUTER

Computer is an electronic device which is capable of receiving data and performing a sequence of operations in accordance with a predetermined but variable set of procedural instructions (program) to produce a result in the form of information or signals.

A computer is one type of machine manage different kinds of programs to perform useful tasks to the users. Computer gives proper response to the users through the set of instructions arranged in proper order. It has storage capacity along with execution benefits. Computers can perform both complex and simple operations. Based on types of actions, computers design in several formats with hardware and software specifications. Computer contains wires, transistors, circuits, hardware parts and etc. Computer designs with both software and hardware. Software is a process of preparing program through instructions and data. General computers made with following types of components in hardware.

1.  CPU
2.  Memory
3.  Input Devices
4.  Output Devices
